DS frozen jumbo 'flaws'

I managed to get one from eBay at a good price, was so excited to get it. It arrived today but Anna has a blue spot on her face and 2 paint dips in her dress. I'm so sad
it wasn't mentioned in the description and I don't want to send it back because I doubt I will get another.

has anyone else had a problem with these?

Have you tried contacting the seller to ask if they have another? Or you could try opening a case on ebay as item not described- if you're not interested in returning, maybe you can get a partial refund? Personally I think any undisclosed damage, especially on the character's face, is a problem even if it was a good price. I have one of these pins and it does not have the errors you mentioned- I haven't heard of anyone else mentioning these so I don't think it's common.

I would definitely say something to the seller or eBay. It was shady of them not to mention a big flaw like that.

I have messages the seller. I'm not sure if I'm being too picky. It's not something you notice at first glance.

He's offered me a partial refund which I have accepted.

Many of the DS.com jumbo's had a few flaws here and there. Including an apparently common error of the movie name being upsidedown!

After the refund I will have only paid £5 over cost + next day delivery, which is what I would have selected at checkout anyway. The flaws don't completely ruin it, just that I know it's there.

Well the flaws do affect the value, so the seller did do the right thing by offering a partial refund. Sounds like they were hoping nothing would be mentioned since it seemed like an easy fix and offered a partial refund immediately.

I'm glad it all worked out, you're actually the first pin I've seen (or heard of) with a visible flaw that isn't the logo being upside down. I've seen quite a few of these and none of the ones I have seen had anything as bad as a blue mark on her face. Elsa's may have been able to let slide by, but not Anna.

The picture doesn't show it up too well and if you didn't know the character you'd think it was a 'beauty spot'

The marks on the dress don't really show in the pics
