This auction is for Pin 84239, which looks like a retro WDW cast member name badge, but with "Passholder" printed on it. It is an LE 750 that was available at the 2011 Florida Project pin trading event. It originally came with a matching lanyard medal, but this auction is for the pin only. The auction will end at 9pm EST on Monday, May 25th.

Pins I don't care for as much:
I generally don't care for pins based on contemporary films, or other Disney-owned companies like Marvel, Lucasfilm and Pixar. However, I keep finding exceptions to that rule, and I did enjoy Beauty & The Beast, Up, Tangled, Monsters, Inc. and Brave, so I wouldn't necessarily rule out pins from those films.
