So as I posted on my "resolution" post, I am working on getting more of my collection framed and on the walls.
Yesterday, I used 3 8x10 frames I had picked up at a thrift store to frame most of my DCL pins.
And today, when I went to Hobby Lobby for something entirely unrelated to framing, I had a brainstorm and came home with this frame and mat board, which fit about 90% of my Beauty and the Beast pins. The open frames and matboard sheets were 50% off so this cost about $30. I have mat board for a second frame, so I can start a 2nd one and have plenty of room to grow. Unless, I find there are more BatB pins in my popcorn buckets than I think is in there. The empty space is because I am saving room for [pinpics]37530[/pinpics] which is on my wants list.
I'd love to frame more with special images, but I know I have way to many pins to be able to do that.
Even though I am still missing the Italy pin, I framed my Small World Dangles. The background is scrapbook paper sold in a spiral book at the parks, not sure if it is still available
Share a Dream Come True Parade pins (background is also scrapbook paper from the parks). I traded for the last one of these I needed from Laramie early this year. Yay, DPF!
WDW Transportation Series I & II - I think something is missing, so I may use my scrapbook stuff to add a "How do you want to travel today" to the middle. Old scrapbook paper, not from the parks
