I messaged 3 Mods for help with a pin I purchased from a member who was going to go to DLRP and would do a pin pick up for those of us who were wanting pins from there, this person messaged me back a couple times but is no longer reponding to my messages, I just don't know what the issue is, mabey something is going on in their life but I see they are still active on the forum, I think they choose to just ignore me, I sent money to them and trusted they would follow through especially since they have 100% positive feedback, It is very disapointing. I hate that I am posting here but I have messaged 3 mods and not herd back from any of them so mabey they are busy with school and/or work, so I am posting here in hopes 1 Mod will message me and be able to help me with this, or do I just go and be the bad guy or uh girl and leave this member with a negative saying they took my money ignored my messages and wont send pin, because they seem like a sweet kind honest person and I hate to do that, but at this point I feel I don't have a choice. Is there a Mod who can help me?
 
Darn, they could at least message you and tell you they'll be taking a little longer to send you the pins or anything to make you feel at ease instead of ignoring you :(
 
and you know thats all I would need too, I would feel more confident if they didn't just ignore me, but the ignoring is telling me they just don't care. Thanks for the kind words

Apologize for the delay; what usually happens in this situation is we open a private dispute in a separate private forum where only the two involved (and mods/admins) can see the thread. we allow a certain amount of time for a response before a major infraction is given, based on the information both parties provide in the private thread.

shall i open up some Jersey justice on them? can you see me snapping? Holy **** people dont offer to get pins and not communicate unless you are a total scam artist and looser who wants bad Karma forever....:rant: Do the right thing or come the F home.:angel: thats all HAVE A MAGICAL NIGHT!
