Hey DPF fam,

I have a friend who's trying to sign up, and on the screen where she puts her information when she gets to "I agree to the terms and policies" It just goes into loading and doesn't finalize.

It's been awhile since I've opened an account obviously. Can someone please tell me what might be the issue?

Thank you.

PS I'm TRYING to post a SS from IMGUR and it's not working. Grrrr ... Not the first time this has happened ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯. Haha!

She tells me she clicks on the Agree button, it comes back with, ERROR.

(Btw, I have had an issue using Tapatalk to log into the site. But that's for a separate post.)

seems like a few things broke with my maintenance this weekend, and i'm thinking the culprit is outdated forum software incompatible with newer plugins. Hoping i can update the license soon, and see what else breaks once the forum software is updated to the newest version.

Thank you for the update! Pixie dust it's not too much to deal with!

Hi everyone,

The license has been purchased/updated, and the forum software was updated earlier, which should solve the Tapatalk issues most were having.

Regarding new user registration, it seems like the captcha service we used to use is either no more, or the credentials/API keys i generated before were no longer active/working, which would explain why the captcha never loaded.

I configured a new captcha service, and it appears that new users should be able to register without issue.

@Connies_Hobby — do you think you can have them try to register again? All should be well now.

Thanks~!
