Hey Everyone, I'm Richey, and just got into pin trading about a month ago, when my girlfriend and I decided to just buy a starter set and keep those 4 pins as a memory of our first trip together. Little did I know that the purchase would open the doors to a new hobby! My girlfriend and I had such an amazing time trading those 4 pins that we just had to buy more, and trade trade trade! And out of that shared experience, the hobby was born! We share the collection with my portion containing Mickey and Star Wars pins, and hers containing Goofy and Belle! In just one month our collection has grown from 4 pins, to a little over 70, and I dont know whether to be happy or concerned lol!! Well, I can't wait to meet you all and share in this awesome hobby! I hope you all have a fantastic day! :drool:
 
ROTFL you should be concerned... LOL I started a month and 2 days ago and I think I"m in the same boat but I think I have over 150 now... @_@ I think I need to ssllooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww down! But you just...cant... <twitch>... going again tomorrow... we'll see how many I get tomorrow..haaaaaaaaaa

HAHA! Im going this weekend, and I know that my wallet is definitely going to take a nice hit, but hey they are memories and its a blast....I have to justify it somehow! lol have a great time tomorrow!

Welcome!! :lgm:We started out pretty much the same way... we got a GWP lanyard starter set at Downtown Disney last year and did a little trading and within months it has grown into a major obsession!! It's SO much fun! :D
 
Hello and welcome to DPF. I think for the most of us it starts out with buying just a few pins then it becomes a obsession. I know that is what happened to me. Lol. But anyways welcome and I am sure u will love the forum.
