I am kinda new to Disney pin collecting. Started back in 2007 with my second trip to Orlando and bought about 80 pins at once lol. I traded some at the parks and at Downtown Disney. I have daughters at the time were 7, 3 n 2. then forgot about the pins until Dec 11, 2013 when w arrived again to Orlando. I bought 80 more, went to PIN TRADING NIGHT at ESPN and bought more an traded some , well my girls did. I have been every since so excited about pins :)
I am glad I found this site n look forward to a happy pin trading experience.
btw, Im broke!!!
 
Welcome, and hello! :wavey:. I'm new to the forums too; I joined yesterday. :). I, unfortuantely, haven't done any pin trading anywhere yet, nor do I have any pins, but I'm working on that. ;)
 
Hi, and welcome! :wavey: I'm new as well, started in September 2013. Been a member here for a few days now and it's great! Do you and your daughters collect specific pins?

And I think being broke is a well known phenomenon in the pin trading world. I don't know how some do it!

Haha, I started out like that too! I liked everything. "Oh that Belle is pretty!" "omg that Stitch is so cute!" "whoa that villains jumbo is so hot!" Every day lol. But after a few weeks I kind of decided to try and collect more specific things, I still collect a lot but I specified it a bit more (such as, I don't collect Lilo & Stitch anymore, I just collect them dressed as other characters). So I wish you luck in choosing! :D

I haven't been to any PTN yet, I would love to go to one though, one day.

BTW....your broke, well you will have to get used to that as a pin collector...lol.
