I'm from Canada and would love to find a pin trading event locally that I could attend.

I love Disney ... just got back from Carribbean Resort. One of my greatest pleasures is being able to go to Disney with my daughter. She's a huge Disney fan too. I often introduce myself by saying "I'm Liz and I have a problem.... I can't get enough Disney".

The pin trading is pretty new to me. I'll navigate this site a bit to try find my way around.
But a quick question... Does anyone know if there are any pin trading events ever in Canada - I live close to Toronto - about an hour away in Cambridge.

Welcome! Sadly, I don't know of any pin meet ups that happen in the Toronto area, but I know that there are a few Canadian pin traders on here, and hey- you can always start your own! I hope you have a great time here. :)
 
Welcome to DPF and the addictive hobby of pin collecting and trading! There's lots of helpful information in the Pin Guides and FAQs section, and lots of helpful, friendly folks here. Unfortunately, I can't help with pin gatherings in your area (I actually just attended my first one at the All Star Sports resort a couple of weekends ago, and am still trying to keep up on the latest ones here in Central Florida.) In any case, welcome to the forums and best of luck in whatever sets or characters you choose to collect. :)
 
Are there any Disney Stores in your area? You could ask around there. And if you have any interest in starting a group yourself, there are folks here that can give advice on that--I think several successful trading groups are represented by members here.

I am new to this Forum and am down London way. We are new to pin trading as we just came back from our first trip to WDW this Christmas! Now we are all addicted to pin trading!! Let me know if you find anything out in the area!
 
Welcome to the community. :wavey: Make sure you check Facebook and Twitter for possible pin meets in your areas. Social media sites always seems to know more than anyone else, LOL.
