Hi Folks,

I'm originally from Canada but have since moved to Hong Kong for work for the last 7 years. I hope I can meet some great pin traders through this forum. Found it through an Instagram mention!

I'm afraid my collection is limited to purchasing from online venues (Disneystore only) or from Disneyland Hong Kong and Disneyland LA. I don't have that many spectacular pins like many of you, but if you're ever in need of someone to go to the Hong Kong Disneyland to pick up a pin, please do let me know!

PS. Looking for some safe and trustworthy pin pals! I know HKDL doesn't get many releases compared to state side, but if there is anything, I'd welcome the chance to be a pin pal. I'll go so far as to provide my work email and personal contacts so you can track me down! :lol:

HI darryl-- i love MP and HK pins and especially HOA but i have no idea what the trading is like over there or if you know other collectors BUT i would trade for any of those! give me the scoop.

Hi Darryl! Welcome to DPF!

I'm always looking for a pinpal from Hong Kong, as I collect some HKDL pins - Chinese New Year, Wedding, Opera, etc (anything with the characters in Chinese dress).

BTW, I'm Canadian too.

Hi Dawny - the Pin Trading community is quite selective here. They're more so into buying the pins in bulk and ebaying (that's from my own experience). I've had better luck on Instagram! It's also quite difficult as the cast lanyards are awash in HM fakes and it's pretty discouraging. Most of the time I buy only from the store or if I can validate on my own the authenticity. I try to inform the cast members of the fakes that I see but it's become a slightly losing battle!

Hello Imp - For sure! Anything for a fellow Canadian. =) Let me know if you see anything online. I actually collected plenty of doubles at least from 2010.
