VINYL I caught the VM bug !

I really thought Dodger was sweet and just bought him from Story . I mentioned I wanted to collect dogs and Story graciously sent me links . Now I'm interested in collecting dogs, but wait the links had Aristocats ... Marie and the little orange kitten , don't know his name . Now I love Marie, so I have to have them too . Did someone mention that there are 101 Dalmation VM's ?
I looked at the AIW VM's and was surprised that there was not a DorMouse .
The only one I ever owned was the Lilac swirl flowered Tinkerbell with matching pin . I was very lucky with both . Both blind boxes I chose VM & pin , got them both . I was so excited !

Welcome to the crazy world of collecting VMs! That is too awesome that you got both the Tinkerbell flowers and fairies and the matching pin through blind boxing!! It's hard for me to get what I want when I blind box these days :doh: :lol: The Orange Kitty is Oliver from Oliver and Company (he'd go great with Dodger ^_^).

I believe there are two Dalmatians so far. One is from Park 2 and is a bit hard to find since that series is sold out. There's also another that recently came out in a Japan ETO set sold exclusively in Japan. I'm really hoping we'll be seeing a Dalmatian in the new dogs and cats series coming up (Called "Furry Friends") as it would certainly fit in with the others out so far in that series

I thought that orange kitty looked familiar . OK, I get it , so I need Oliver and the kitty to go with Dodger .
I looked on ebay and searched Disney Dog VM's . Good Night the dog from POTC was the chaser and the 101 Dalmation Park 2 are too expensive for my taste . And I see they have released Marie, so is the other white cat Duchess for January ? This is going to be a learning experience as well .

Oh I didn't think about her being Duchess... that's a possibility! I think they may both be Marie as they seem to repeat Marie a lot in different vinylmation series. Yeah, the POTC dog and Pongo are both retired so that's why they are up in prices :doh:

I would suggest just collecting the newer dogs and cats that come out that you like - especially with the Furry Friends series coming out, I'm sure there will be some darling ones to add to your collection still ^_^

Aw, no problem! I bet you have a pretty great collection now! It is really fun now that they do a little bit of trading at Disney Stores- brings a little bit of the parks to us out of towners

We received Dodger today and he is Adorable ! My husband claimed him already . He started liking the VM's ever since our son (32 years old) started collecting The Lion King VM's . Please let me know when the others are released .
