When I was uploading a Signature image from my computer, I received a notice saying it could not upload because I had the incorrect file extension. Not sure what this means and how I can fix it. Please help!

No, I am trying to change my signature to something else, but it isn't working. I followed the same steps I did with my current one but I keep getting the notice mentioned in the OP

what file extension is it that you're trying to upload?

the file extension is the extension at the end of the file that dictates its file type, like ".png" or ".jpg" or ".gif" etc...
