Introduction from a newbie
Hello all! My name is Mike and I'm new to DPF. I'm originally from the suburbs of Chicago, and I recently graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, NY. Right now I'm at Ft. Benning, GA but I'll be moving to Ft. Bragg, NC in a few months.
My most recent trip to WDW was this past weekend (over Veterans' Day), and since then I've been reading all I can about the world of Disney pin trading. I don't have a large collection, but I'm excited to learn and trade with DPF members.
I mostly like pins that relate to my life. Because of my new career, I'm interested in collecting military themed pins. Shooting related pins and anything with Tigger, trombones, or Figment remind me of when I was younger. Pins of characters as doctors or firefighters remind me of my father and grandfather. I'm also very interested in Patriotic Disney pins.
