Hello,
My DH and I have been indoctrinated to pin trading by my younger sister. She's been collecting for awhile. I tend to obsess about things, so we've accumulated quite a stash over our first few weeks of trading and collecting.

We loved vinylmations, but were disappointed with the new mold and trading at the parks just left a lot to be desired.

Our collection is varied. I'm collecting POMH, band pins, and whatever I think looks good for now....
My husband prefers monorails, Scrooge McDuck, and Disney Afternoon. Our two girls like Sleeping Beauty and Huey, Dewey and Louie. Yes, we are all over the place.

I really like the activity on the forum and hope to meet some folks at the pin event in September.

Did the same. Ditched my vinyls and went to trading. Sold all my vinyls for a good price and was a good starter for purchasing pins!

I didn't want to sell my vinyls either but I was so caught up with pins pins pins that selling them allowed me to explore depths of pin trading I wouldn't have been able to find without that extra $$$!

Now I'm looking for pins relating to these:
- Stitch
- Up
- Wall-E
- The Incredibles

I have a problem.. I'm trying to collec both lol!
However my love for pins is a lot greater and when I go to buy a vinyl I'm like hmmm I wonder what pin I could get out of this money instead hehe.

Welcome to the forum you are sure to have fun here. I have a few vinylamations myself that I got through the disney movie rewards program.
