you are obsessed with pins when... you a see a lanyard on a worker at the zoo, and you look at them like "a lanyard without pin, that's blasphemous!"

Hahaha, I remember that.

When you see other pins from other parks like universal studios and tell yourself "
Nothing compares to Disney pins"

I was doing that at the zoo.


Also we went to a concert and I remember thinking to myself, "That bass guitar strap is pretty wide.....I wonder how many pins would fit on there." lol. I was starring at the bass player from Silversun Pickups, atleast it's a girl.

You know you are obsessed with pins when you are a newbie on this board and start checking out all the "grails" in the messages to see which ones you own and start adding some of them to your list by the computer of ones you would like.

When you have alerts on your phone when new pins are posted that you might want.! And I get alerts all day long

LOL...so many of these ring true for me:

-I have seriously cut back on my clothes shopping...because every time I would look at the price of something, I would think about how many pins I could get instead.

-I purposely leave spaces on my cork boards/frames for pins I don't currently have...just assuming that I will get them someday.

-I plan ahead for PODM releases and make sure I can take off school that day, and tell my sister way ahead of time release dates so she can take off work. By the way...does anyone know the date of the Beauty and the Beast PODM release? LOL

-I am currently planning my way overdue honeymoon, and am trying to pick a location where we can easily stop at Disneyland while traveling. LOL

-My birthday and Christmas lists consist of Disney Store gift cards, eBay gift cards, and telling family members to buy me specific pins and/or LE 17" dolls from eBay.

-I find pins I completely forgot I had, while in the meantime trying to trade for them. And conversely, I try and trade away pins I no longer have and forgot that I had traded them away.

-I have an entire closet filled with pin-related items...a giant box with bubble envelopes, bags full of bubble wrap, a large box filled with backer cards, a box with random "goodies" I will throw in packages like stickers, park maps, etc., two giant ziplock bags full of rubber mickey backs. And I keep this closet more organized than my actual closet (by far).
