I recommend checking etsy. I've seen Meg costumes on there before.

As a costumer I can tell you It's going be pretty difficult to find a Meg costume for much cheaper than that $100 without making it yourself. Hercules isn't widely merchandised so mass-produced Meg costumes don't exist. So sadly to find one made from someone else, you're easily looking at $100+ because of cost of laborUnf. Jaxyann posted a really beautiful dress that would work! You could always get some craft foam to make her circular emblems and some paint for the design.
