ZAPPED! OMG! OMG! OMG!! A two year dream made come true!

Okay... I don't even know where to start with this.
I guess I'll start with explaining myself. Ever since I was little, I have loved Ariel's sister Aquata. I had this The Little Mermaid comic called "Serpent Teen" and Aquata was the main sister featured aside from Ariel. She goes to help Ariel who has been imprisoned by the princess of another race of sea folk. I just REALLY grew to like her. Plus, her tail is blue and those that know me, know that blue/aqua is my favorite color. The comic can be read here:

Fast forward MANY years... I watched The Little Mermaid 3: Ariel's Beginning. And yep, pretty much the deal was sealed. Aquata just cracked me up. I loved her even more (though she was pretty different from her personality in the comic). At that time, I began to use her as my username because I know Ariel gets plenty of love but I rarely see people show serious love for her sisters (and that's because to be fair, they aren't really main characters. Totally understandable). I also began to seek out any Aquata merchandise... pins, dolls... and found little next to nothing. However, I found two dolls who were simply adorable. One being a small plush doll beanie. I found out about this doll a couple of years ago and have been on the hunt for her ever since with no luck. I literally have stalked eBay daily. Then, only recently, I saw an auction for ALL the plush dolls in this series!! I really only wanted Aquata but they were all on their tags!! I didn't have the money they were asking for ALL of them... So... I attempted to form a co-op here on this board, hoping fellow TLM lovers might be interested in getting one of these adorable plushies.
Well, the auction ended in literally like a day. I was heartbroken but I sort of saw it coming. I mean, tough to find dolls that were on their original TAGS in excellent condition? Pfft. Those weren't going to be on the bay for long, I knew that.
So...I accepted defeat and closed my co-op with a heavy heart. It was the second time I had missed Aquata on eBay. I was determined to stay optimistic though. At least I knew she EXISTED! And more over, she actually DOES hit eBay!
So, let's flash forward to the Oz release at Disney Soda Fountain on the 8th. I was eager to talk to my friend Steve (TheOtherSteve) because he had just gotten out of seeing Oz thursday night at a special advanced showing. I've been pretty excited for the movie so I was super amped to hear what he thought of it. As I began talking with Steve he says, "I have something for you"
I kind of tilted my head, genuinely surprised, and smiled. I said, "You didn't need to do that!" and he said that he had to run to his car to grab it. Meanwhile, my best pal Melissa (Mali87) is standing there with this MASSIVE grin on her face (which I didn't catch right away...
Then as Steve comes back... he hands me a HUGE Disney bag. I was like "Uhhhh.... O_O;" in genuine surprise and shock. He says, "Look in the bag," with a big smile.
So I did as requested... and inside... was...
THIS!
OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!! NO FREAKIN' WAY!! *MIND BLOWN, TEARS SHED, SCREAMY SCREAM SCREAM!!*
As it turns out, Steve had seen my thread, swooped in and bought the mermaids off eBay! I was NOT expecting this ... I had totally written it off as some lucky soul had snatched them off the bay and added them to their collection! This ... is hands down... one of the kindest, most thoughtful and most heartfelt things ANYONE has EVER done for me. I literally gave Steve the biggest hug and I had tears in my eyes.
And so, thanks to one incredibly kind DPF member and a dear friend, my two year search for Aquata is over :hsd: I still get teary eyed thinking about it and it gives me the biggest warm fuzzy ever. Thank you times a billion Steve. Words will never ever adequately express what this means to me. You are an angel truly :*)
HAD to share :] Here are pictures of each of the sisters. They even come with cute little descriptions of their personalities on the back of their tags!
I put them in order by their age according to Wikipedia xD
Attina - "Eldest of the Mermaid sisters. Sometimes she seems a little bossy, but it's only because she feels responsible for her younger sisters and wants them all to be happy."
Aquata (AH ME GAWD!!!!!! xD SQUEEEE!) - "Outgoing and bold, Aquata often takes the lead when the other sisters hold back, but her confidence sometimes covers an insecurity about what others think of her."
Andrina - "Approaching life with a natural sense of humor, Andrina sometimes uses gentle sarcasm to make a point, but her carefree attitude covers a surprising vulnerability."
Arista - "Pure of heart and very loving, this mermaid princess might sometimes seem a little too innocent and slow on the uptake."
Adella - "Boy crazy Adella longs for her first kiss, but it can't be from just anyone. There's one particular mer boy she has her eye on."
Alana - "Embodying the beauty and glamour of a true mermaid princess, she likes nothing better than luxurious beauty treatments and finds any opportunity to dress up and show off her charm."
And then of course... there's everyone's favorite little mermaid...
Ariel - "The youngest of the seven sisters, Ariel is charming and innocent, but headstrong. She loves music and exploring the world around her and isn't afraid to speak her mind, even to her father."
Past Wonderful Zaps!

Thank you so, so much to Bryana (Bryanag135) for this wonderful zap that I received this weekend!! This meant so much to me because I've been taking care of my husband who is very sick. On top of that, my puppy was sick too and has had recurring diarrhea in her kennel Saturday-Sunday (so you can imagine how much fun THAT was) -_-
So this zap REALLY, REALLY brought a much needed smile to my face and was truly the bright spot in my weekend. Thank you so much Bryana from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful pin!

A huge, big, heartfelt THANK YOU to Laz (Creativextremities) for this beautiful TLM Booster set. I've been wanting this for so, so long but have continually had to put it off due to price and other LE pin obligations. This was so amazing of you! Dan can attest that I was jumping up and down with joy. You don't know how big of a smile you brought to my face. Thank you so much
