I can atest to this. I love the older pins and having come into the hobby later, thought I would NEVER obtain some of my grails. Guess what? They found ways into my pin bag - usually at a reasonable price (anyway, a price/trade that I felt at peace with paying). Don't give up. :)
 
I can't believe that?! Frankly, I didn't even remember seeing those pins a few weeks ago at the BIN price.

Just a few months ago, the whole set of 21 (with Rapunzel) sold for $1000 (by a member here). So, $200-300 for just Ariel and Belle seems wow!
 
It makes me really sad knowing how much you want this pin and that I am looking at it right now as I am typing, It seems you want Ariel as much as I wanted my Rapunzel.


I promise you, I'll scour every inch of the internet to help you find her, as I did with Rapunzel.

That's...wow. I remember when I just started to collect the set and I saw Rapunzel on ebay for $25 BIN :\ I knew I should have bought it but nooooooooo...I went to Disneyland that same day and spent $300, getting everyone except Rapunzel, Pocahontas, Cinderella, Daisy and Snow White.

 
I'm so sorry to read this. Keep your head up I'm 100% sure you will get the pin. Just like others have said patience :) At least you didn't get out bid on a pin like us. Our max bid was 50 and we lost to 50.01. We can only laugh now lol

And that is a very scary amount to spend on just one pin. o_O
 
I think he either means he has 10, or when people see how much that one sold for, they will put theirs up. Correct me of I'm wrong.
