Hello, all. I received this pin today via a purchase on eBay.
[pin]76442[/pin]

The card came on the original backer with fitted plastic bag (the kind that folds over and adheres on the bottom), has the correct mickey print on the back, etc, but it also has something funny that I don't see addressed on the pinpics page.

There's a blank box! What is that? Does anyone else have this pin? Should there be something there? The top left box has the 2010 pin trading logo. The top right box has a picture of the castle with the words "Dateline Disneyland 1955." The very bottom box says
3 of 6
Limited Edition of 755
copyright (the symbol, not word) 1951 WDMC
copyright (the symbol, not word) Disney
China

Sorry about the poor photo quality. Does anyone know anything about this?

I personally purchased mine from the park when it came out, and it was EXACTLY like that. I don't know why, but I can assure that it's legitimate.

I got mine from someone who I know for a fact purchased it right at the park. They actually sent me the entire set and it is also blank.
I have seen tis on a couple of different pins before too.

For those who attended the Dateline Disneyland event, they were given cards for times to come back and have the pins signed for by the artists who designed them, that's where the artists would sign the pins.

Hope that clears it up for everyone.

Thanks everyone! Good to know they're all like that, and interesting reason why! :)
