Hello everyone

I want to buy the Monsters Inc. piece of disney movie do they sell it in downtown disney or only in california advanture and disneyland? Also does it come in a mystery pack so I wouldn't know what scene I'm getting or would I be able to choose the scene? Thank you in advance :)

They sell the PODM pins in Disneyland, DCA, DTD, and the Disneyland Hotel and Paradise Pier Hotel! They normally sell out in about 1-3 days, but the best selection of pins is definitely the morning of the release. And they let you look at the different cells, so you can pick whatever you want. Hope that helps!
 
i know its probably random, but do any of the places at dlr (more or less) get the better selection of pins? i'm going tomorrow morning, but since i'm rushed for time, i'm trying to figure out the best places to hit up first. additionally, how bad are the lines in the morning. is there a line at the cashier and one by one people look at the selection of pins at the counter? i know they dont put the podm pins on the racks so i can see how it may take a while to get people through the counter... thanks in advance!!!
 
I just went for the Nemo and I was there at 8 and they were already sold out at the hotels. The best bet is actually DTD b/c the CMs are SO NICE and let you look at many PODM pins. They opened 4 packs for me! :) At other places, they only let you see 4 at a time :( Also anyone seeing this, I have 3 PODM nemo ones for trade. I am looking for Peter Pan or Alice PODM. Thanks! :)

Be patient. Get into CA adventure before the rope drop. Be polite to CM's. DTD and westward ho will let you look at as many as you need to. Tomorrowland and main st will only let you look at 4 per cast member. Watch the movie tonight, it will be fresh in your mind to know what scenes they will have and what to look for. those are my best tips for a successful venture tomorrow. Oh and above all else, HAVE FUN!!!!!

thanks for the great advice :)

i know that five & dime in toon town is a good place to go to.. i know they don't get very much traffic and people sometimes dont know that they get the PODM pins as well. i know toon town closes early sometimes, but does it open later?
 
toon town is a red herring. They do not get them put out immediately and if certain CM's are workng, they do not bother to look for them. They always defer to third party stock people that haven't gotten to their store yet as the reason for not having them at opening. You might end up taking that long walk for nothing. DCA opens at 10am tomorrow. They let people in aound 9:40 - 9:45 am. head straight to the store across from soarin and you will be close to if not first in line to select pins.
 
Don't worry about it too much. The scenes are now edited and almost all of them are great. It will not be difficult to get a nice scene.

As a cast member at the hotels, I can tell you that we only get a few, that is why the hotels sell out fast. The castmembers there will let you look at as many as you want.
