Pin Board Help

Last time I made a pin board the pins were too heavy. I had cork and cardboard behind a frame but it wasn’t flat, it bulged.

How do I make one that’s flat and doesn’t sag off the wall due to the weight of the pins if it’s a big frame?

How big of a board do you want? Use plywood instead of cardboard, the bigger the pin board the thicker the plywood should be.

Using coroplast is also very helpful. It's a very stable material.

Believe it or not but foam board works great. I made mine from it

I used 1/4 “ plywood, foam board and then cork. Glued between each layer. Very stable
