I am new to the forum so if this has been addressed before, I apologize.

I have been a member of pinpics.com for a few years now. Recently, I received a trade request but when I visited the site and went to my trade requests, I couldn't find any.
I emailed the person back and explained I didn't want to trade and had removed myself from the database and hoped they were able to find the pin somewhere else.
The person emailed me back very promptly and said it wasn't a problem and they had been able to find someone else who would trade with them.

A few weeks ago, I received yet another email from Pin Pics about trading with a different person. I checked to see if I had somehow been placed back on the database for trading but I wasn't. I sent the person an email explaining the same thing as I did the other person.

I have since received two more emails from Pin Pics from the same user (the latest was today). He never responded to the email reply I sent so I sent another one.

I realized that I actually had two accounts on the site (under my two emails) but neither have any pending trade requests under them.

Any idea why this keeps happening?
Any help is appreciated.
 
Are you off the database??did you remove ALL your trades/wants(the pins you had listed as that)If not you will still get the requests
you can go to your profile there and "click the do not include me in the trade assist"thats the only thing I can think of

You shouldn't get trade requests if you have checked the box to indicate that you do not want to be included in Trade Assistant. The only other way you would get emails is if people are emailing you directly, in which case you should go to Edit Profile and make sure that Make my email public is NOT checked.
If those things are already done, you should email the Pinpics people to ask them what's up.

Re. pending requests: I believe this only lists YOUR requests to other members, and it clears after the emails go out in the early a.m.

I currently have the "do not include me in the trade assist" checked on both accounts.
I also have it so my emails are not public so I am not sure why I keep receiving emails about this.

Here is an example of what I have been receiving:

** at: http://www.dizpins.com/mmc/Trading.html

You have received this e-mail because another member of PinPics.com
has offered, via the automated Trade Assistant, to trade you one of

On this last one however, I get the message from Gmail that it may not have been sent by this person... I don't believe this happened with any of the other requests.
 
It's not clear if you are receiving a Pinpics generated email, or just communication from a specific user. Do you have your email listed in your profile, so that when people click on the list of "People trading this pin" they can see it and then just send you an email directly?
 
The thing, I have done all this, lol :) I have the Do Not Include Me In Trade Assistant checked on both accounts.
I also have my email not public on both accounts.
