PIN & POP PIN & POP Site Announcements & Ideas

Have I said this already? It's on my mind since I'm setting up my table. I would love to be able to filter
my traders by name vs common, uncommon etc. I have too many traders to sort them this way.

Does it not show up with the teal Traded status? When I go into my traders this shows up, but I don't know if it just shows up like that to me because it's my own account or if it shows that way to everyone.

I'm trying to create Pin Books, but I noticed that some of the pins I deleted as traders/owns are still there. Is that normal?
As I understand it, the pin book is just a list of pins regardless of your ownership status. If you delete or trade the pin, you would need to take it out of the pin book as well if you didn't want it there.

Yes. Pin Books aren't "Inventory Management" features. Those remain the ISO, Own, Trader, Grail buttons.

Pin Books are an organizational aid. So you can go to a Pin Book, look for the pins that have a status different than what you expect (a pin marked both as Owned and ISO, or a pin that is no longer marked a Trader) and then quickly click the actual inventory buttons to modify those.

But if you want to remove a pin from a Pin Book, you have to actually remove it.

Think of a Pin Book as a paper sheet with a bunch of photos. Maybe you printed a Series, or Search results or copy and pasted a bunch of images into a Word document. When you obtain / trade a pin, it doesn't magically change the sheet. You have to physically put a slash or X over the image to note it shouldn't be there anymore. For the Pin Book you have to remove it.

Feature request, some of us have chatted about. Some people seem to get anxious about how slow the review process is. But just because your pin isn't updating, doesn't mean P&P isn't reviewing and shipping a lot of pins. So I was thinking it would be helpful to have counters like the counters on the High Scores Page. Maybe these can even be placed on the High Scores page.

So for January it says 9514 pins were traded. It would be nice to see counters that tick up for how many pins have been verified or approved (whichever is more useful), and shipped.

something like that would be nice, as long as it doesn't add time to the process.
But with the every growing numbers of pins being traded , as of my typing this 11,200 pins are going to be available to be traded, so add those being traded 'off table" and from those coming in without tables making offers to VIP's- not sure how transparent they can be on the process , but like a countdown clock of sorts can help anxiety

I imagine they are already tracking and using this internally. A fairly simple query, and fairly simple to place it on a public page. Something that is automated and makes no difference if there are 1000 pins traded or 10,000 pins traded.

I would love to have the actual number of pins being considered displayed rather than the total number of offers received. For example, this Mochi pin currently shows 142 offers, but I have declined all but 10. I feel like this high number deters people from bidding and discourages those whose pins are still in the running.

Also, if we could decline individual pins from an offer, it would free up people’s pins and show the actual number of pins actively being considered. In this case, 2 instead of 142. And those 2 folks would have a better sense of where their offer stands.

Thanks!

Is there a way to see our trading stats from just this arcade on the dashboard or is it just a running total? It would be fun to know how I did in this event vs all time numbers.
If you go to the My Trades page you will see a date. If you click on that it will take you to the trades for just that TA. But it won’t break it down into Grails or ISOs.
