My Mom collects Mulan. Not just pins, she's got production artwork and pieces from the DL parade. I'd love to get her the Mulan one for her birthday, but I don't even know "the going rate" for DLP PTN pins.
 
Look under "Raiponce" on eBay instead of just "Rapunzel." Quite a few have already sold at around $40, I would expect that price to go up very soon once the other sellers see how quickly those sold at $40.

I just checked and apparently the one I found a little while ago already sold. Just keep checking and it is bound to come back up.
