I have lost my wife's backing card, she is going to KILL me, please help!! Will trade a pin for it. Hope she doesn't read this.
 
Mine is on a card. If you haven't found yours, I will send you mine. I'm planning to put mine in a frame so I won't need it.
 
Mine was purchased by a good friend and is on the vault card. If there was a box I do not have a box. I do have a card.
