Does a marquee come out always the day or the day before the movie comes out at soda fountain!?
 
Lately they have been but in the past they weren't always. Sometimes in a month with no new El Capitan showing they will do an old one, maybe for an anniversary, like "The Rocketeer." Sometimes they coincide with DVD/Blu-Ray releases too. Lady & the Tramp, Beauty & The Beast, and the Lion King recently came out and those were old movies. LatT was to commemorate the re-release of the movie.
