Question for mods on I trader feedback
Can I leave negative feedback on I trader for this problem I'm having?
Ok, so I made a trade with another DPF member, it originated with a request on pinpics, but we have been talking through PMs here on DPF. I have PMs from the person on DPF telling me the PODM they sent me was supposed to have a scene with a dog in it. The picture of the scene appears on the PMs trying to resolve the issue.
person stated they are sorry but won't do anything to fix it, they said they already traded the PODM I sent them, and they said they don't have another PodMs. I asked for any other pin of similar value even if I can just use as a trader. Haven't heard back on that, but they ignored my asking them if there's anything they can do to make it right. I have given them at least two weeks to resolve and I get no resolution.
I have a thread with more info on it on discussion forum, including a picture of the pin in question.
