I am rebuilding this thread... but it will be back..
I have deleted the list of participants so if you want to participate please sign up.
The only requirement to be a RAK victim is that they have to be a member for at least 30 days. Otherwise anyone deserving can be nominated.
If the RAK victim is not located within the US, I will be asking everyone to send their packages directly to the individual and have scheduled days for those who participate to start mailing out their packages. Unless we can come to a decision on how to do a group mailing since overseas shipping is so expensive.

The NEW Quarterly RAK
The schedule will be as follows:- Nominations are taken: January, April, July, and October
- Announcement and package gathering will occur: February, May, August and November
- Package mail out to winner will happen: March, June, September and December
People asked for a little more transparency in how the victim is chosen..
So YES — a person can win with a single vote. If only one person sends in a single nomination and no one else does than that person will win.
