It's been a little bit since I've updated my collection, so I figured now would as good a time as any. :3



I'm super pleased with it! It's grown in a fairly short time, and with a vast majority of thanks for the people here at DPF. :3



Some of my absolute favorites have been obtained from people here! My awesome PoDM from Catz, the beautiful Arthur and Merlin with the Sword from Rasputin, and the cuddly Villaintines Day pin from Echan!

and, of course, my new secondary collection: The Magic Carpet Ride!



I dream of getting a PoDM of that scene, but man... That will break the bank. Hhah! But until then, I'm super pleased with the collection!

I love it Merlin! You have many pins I wish I had. Your sword in the stone collection is coming along nicely! Your Aladdin collection makes me want to get a few more of these pins too.

Aaah! you collect the Magic Carpet!!!!! That's awesome. I was just thinking about that the other day. There are a lot of pins he's in but he's not the central focus, so I wondered how one would have a collection with him. Would it be all the pins where the carpet is involved or only pins where he's clearly a character and not a background item? I love love love love the Tokyo Disney carpet set, though I'm not holding my breath thinking that I'll ever get the chance to see them in person. I did finally get this one though!


The picture is deceiving. It's actually very tiny. But it would make a perfect addition for your lapel pins! I'll let you know if I get a hold of another one.

Fun fact: A traditional exercise to learn animation is to be able to animate a sack of flour. So to animate the Carpet you basically use the same principals. It's just a decorated sack of flour!
 

Thanks so much! And yes! I Love Carpet! :3 My collection is ~mainly~ the Magic Carpet ride ~scene~ but that has bled over into Carpet in general as well as pretty much any time he appears. XD

And I KNOW! Those Tokyo ones are precious! I saw one go for pretty decent money on ebay. >.< Made me sad. But thanks for keeping a lookout!

Yeah, I saw those go on Ebay too. I couldn't justify the cost because I only really want one of them. If they ever go up again, we should consider doing a Co-op.
