Tapatalk logged me out and is giving me an error message when I try to log in. It says:

Log In Failed
Tapatalk add-on version error. It may affect some app features in this forum.
Please inform the forum admin to complete the installation.

Would anyone be able to help with this issue?

Shoot! Yeah, looks like it is across the board. I very much rely on Tapatalk for posting images so hopefully can be resolved.
 
+1 for Tapatalk issues. For a brief period of time I could post photos directly into the forum but now I can’t again and need Tapatalk. I got an error and took a screenshot… but I can’t post it here. *facepalm* (sent it to some fabulous mods though)
 
i did some maintenance over the weekend, and updated any outdated addons/plugins -- it looks like it might be due to the newest version of tapatalk being incompatible with our outdated forum software; I'll probably need to renew the forum license to get the latest version of the forum software, but it may be a bit as it's about $140 to renew the license for another year of updates.
 
Is there a way to let us post images directly into the forum? I thought I could do that for a bit.

Also I would throw down a contribution towards the 140. I bet others would too.
 
I'm sure you can get the cost covered from forum members if you want to take up a donation.

I was able to get the software upgraded earlier today and refresh everything regarding Tapatalk — is anyone still having these issues?

Hmm — let me see what else it might be; I logged into the tapatalk dashboard and it no longer tells me that the plugin for the forum is outdated, so I thought it would be fixed.

Will update everyone if I find anything new. Do you have any screenshots?
 
I refreshed API keys, re-installed the Tapatalk plugin and rebooted the server(s) — it appears that I'm able to login fine on Tapatalk and no longer get the above message

To anyone that was having issues: can you confirm that they're fixed now? Thanks!
