Could we maybe have a sticky on this? I'd be happy to keep the posts updated on what's going on with this case (Orange County Superior Court Case No. 11NF1191). Even if I can't make it to any of the hearings, I can look up the case history online.

I was at WDW when the last hearing took place, but there is another preliminary hearing set for September 28, 2011, at 8:00 a.m.
 
you know whats disgusting is that larry was actually at ptn at dlr on friday i saw him.does he have no shame.and am i the only one who noticed?after i saw him it put a damper on my night.

WHAT?!?!?! You have to be kidding me! I dont know him thank god. did you even go tell the people running the event?? I would have! people who knowingly buy lots from china , sell and trade them have no shame! they dont care either!

I'm amazed that he is not under an injunction to keep away from all pin trading/selling events while the trial is in progress.

Disgusting and comical at the same time. Yeah, no shame!! I wonder of anyone traded with him??
 
yes there were people trading with him,after he made a trade with someone i went and told them who he was and they didnt even care,i shopuld have told the event holders but i hadnt even thought of that.i think i was still in shock.

Are you sure it was Larry Allred? (...and for clarity... I don't know him)
The court documents show that he was remanded, and it looks like as of 9/07/11.
 
I also want to know if you are sure it was him (I never met either of those guys, that I remember). I can't believe either one of them would be allowed on Disney property. I would've immediately notified someone in charge and made a big deal about it if they didn't react appropriately.
 
My first thought is that Disney wouldn't allow them on any Disney property. Maybe since the trial is pending it is better not to trespass them?
 
it was him im sure of it.you have to remember cms are not always up to date on things.and he wears glasses.when i looked at him i must have looked disgusted because he quickly shuffled off.but there is no one at the doors of the hotel checking id.anyone could walk in.
 
Did they sell on ebay? if so just curious if we know their store or user name? I would like to know if i bought from them.
 
If you are going to label this with the names..please be sure to add Cindy or Cythnia Pratt. If you read the articles, she too was arrested and not sure why everyone here is giving her a pass. As for all involved -Pratt was the most active in the community with her SIX children running around like little monsters throughout pin trading rooms and the parks. She is also waiting trial and has the same felony counts as the others.
