Question. What is the relationship between this movie and Disney? Why would this be a D23 release? Thanks. Description said the movie was released by 20th Century Studios.
 
Agree, 'The Fly' is now Disney the same way Marvel, Muppets, Winnie the Pooh, Star Wars, etc. are now Disney.

Not sure there is any specific reason for the release to be only D23.

Soon we will be meet and greeting and taking pictures with 'The Fly' in Disney parks.
