After giving it considerable thought I've decided to put up the ultimate Little Mermaid holy grail pin for auction along with two other highly sought after holy grail pins. You may bid on one, two, or all three pins, just please be sure to be clear in you post what ones you are placing the bid for.

What am I looking for:
Vinylmations, especially Ariel
Designer Princesses, Designer Villians, especially Maleficent, Evil Quee and Ursula
Beloved Tales

Disney Auctions, especially Maleficent, Ariel, Jessica, or Trains
Pins on my wants


Please note that one of the original pin backs on the Ariel carousel was defective and broke off, but I was able to purchase a package of pin backs and attach a new one with JB weld.

This auction will close at 8 pm Pacific time (9 pm Mountain and 11 pm Eastern) Sunday, November 3. I will post a daily leader board.

Here is a picture of the back of the pin. There was a bit of overflow of the jb weld and I've considered using my dremel to remove it, but decided against taking the risk of damaging the pin.

I am sorry to sound like a pain but is there any way you would take a picture of it a little closer? Does it come on the original card?

Erikr, I tried getting closer, but I was not able to get the picture in focus. As far as the card goes, the pin no longer fits on it as it was originally shipped because the replacement back is slightly offset. As I mentioned above, I have given considerable thought about doing this auction because of this situation. With the new pin post secured as well as the original I was of the hope that somebody would love to add one of the most highly sought after Ariel pins to their collection notwithstanding.
