ZAPPED! They came!!Of all that is awesome and yummy!!!!!!!

So the little bit of backstory. A while back I had several packages, two from Hollie (fireheadfred) and one from Meg (meggles) go missing in the mail. I am fortunate to have a really nice mailman and had been trying to catch him to ask him what happened to them for some time now but a different mail person had been delivering the mail lately. Finally late last week I saw my regular mailman and told him about the three missing packages and he said he would look into it for me. Today, we got back from seeing Thor (awesome movie, FYI) and all three packages were sitting on my doorstep!!!! And they included not one, not two, but three awesome drawings by Hollie (two I bought and one was a surprise!), some yummy candy (including curly wurlys which I absolutely adore), finally a Max pin of my very own (I love him so much but money just never seemed to be around when I needed it to be in order to get him myself), and a totally amazing zap from Meg that I told her she didn't need to send me but she did anyway. Can you guys believe that? Crazy I know! And I a huge believer in the idea that there is a right time for everything and this really is true in this case because the past two weeks have just been awful. To come home and find such awesome packages today was just great. I can't thank you guys enough. Really.

Here's what I got…erhm, don't mind the empty candy box and wrapper…I couldn't help it! They were good!!!! The Ariel autumn picture was one I commissioned and man, it's really more than I could have dreamed. The other Ariel sketch was one that she did on her own and I loved it so much I had to have it. The Merida was a surprise and honestly, I don't know if there is anything that could have been a happier surprise that that. She's just about the most adorable Merida.

Meg is such a silly girl. For some reason she hated this pin. How in the world could anyone hate this pin? I don't know but I'm so so so so so so so so so so so so so happy (enough "so"s in there? probably not) to give her a home. She can live on my Ariel board with the other pin I have from this set. And they'll all live there together forever in [imaginated] under the sea happiness
