I am going to try something a bit different. I am going to have three PoDM's up for auction. You can bid on one of them or all three. So one person can win all three or three people can each win one.
The PoDM's are, Steamboat Willie, 101 Dalmatians, and Jungle Book.

I will bid the same three pins separately for each PODM if that helps you Onlera. They can go either for all three or in this order...

The one the auctioneer likes the best for the Junglebook
The one the auctioneer likes second best for the 101 D
The one that the auctioneer likes the least for the SBW.
 
If we can do optional, I'll do that too. Either the whole bid for all 3 or the original bid for SBW

now, we'll see of that has an effect on whether or not the set or co-ops are winning. It just seems to be leaning towards set atm.

Just depends on what the auctioneer likes better. I thought the glow in the dark Stitch LE135 would get their attention. It had great numbers but they liked the other bid better. I totally understand it, so I tried something else.
