Where is the DEC?

Hey guys
I was just wondering where the Disney Employee Center was??

There are two locations. The one listed on Buena Vista St. in Burbank is NOT open to the public. That location is inside the Disney Studios lot.

This other location IS open to the public.

Can non employees shop at the one open to the public

Yes, the DEC store at 3800 West Alameda is open to the public, so non-employees can shop there. It is located in the lobby of a high rise tower that housed the Disney Channel offices in the past. There is limited street parking. It is near Universal Studios Hollywood. If you are doing a pin run, you can easily do the Disney Soda Fountain and the Disney Employee Center in the same morning.

The other DEC is located on the Walt Disney Studios lot. The DEC has the northern half of the "store" building and the southern half houses the Disney Studios Store. Both stores are usually open to D23 members, whenever there is a D23 event at the Disney Studios Burbank.

They sell DEC pins; you can do a search on PinPics for DEC pins or Disney Studio pins.
