Why Can't I post threads on the pin trading section of the forum?

I do not know how to acquire the permissions to do it.

-Be a member on DPF for at least 10 days
-Need to have at least 30 posts

At least that's the rule for seller/wanted. I'm assuming it would be the same for trading.
