ZAPPED! Zapped by a Nurse!!

Well, I've just received a LBE from nursek8 - opened the 3 bubble wrapped packs to reveal a nice selection of purchased Hidden Mickey pins which Katy had the decency to scour the DLR parks & help me with my Hidden Mickey collection BUT also included was a 4th silver bubble wrapped pin inside which was hidden this little beauty!!

Words fail me as this was TOTALLY unexpected & has absolutely made my day!!
