You select a number , 1-30 in this game , when the game is full (all numbers taken) you will need to send payment via PayPal to the address in the first post and PM them your postal address .
Rasputin will draw the numbers and you get the pins associated with that number posted to you

You pick a number, and then the numbers are put in a randomizer. You will be assigned a random pin as a prize, not necessarily the one you select.
