I know nothing, but I feel like this is going to have to be on the trader to keep track since it isn’t connected to your pin and pop account. Something to consider.

If you have multiple offers on the same pin(s), accepting an offer with those pins should make them unavailable for trade in subsequent offers, even if a trade including those has already been proposed. You should get an error/notification when trying to accept an offer to a pin that's already committed to an accepted offer:

since there is no "inventory management" functionality, my solution for this would just to be to create another listing for the same pin (or pins) that you have multiples of.

I don't plan on incorporating any "inventory" type features for this, since I feel that's what the pin databases are for; the goal here is to just create a different type of trading experience (but that feels familiar), and reduce as much friction and manual intervention as possible for finding, initiating, and managing "snail mail" trades.

There is currently no built-in feedback system yet, but my original thought was since it’s tied to DPF by design, that you could reference their feedback here.

It’s also why there is no built-in messaging system; I want it to complement the forum by providing something forums aren’t that great at (even though many here have been doing it that way for years, even before DPF)

However if this becomes the default way to trade here (and perhaps even others outside of the forum, though they will still need a forum account for communication), then maybe building in its own simple feedback system may be worth considering, and the feedback here can be used as a backup reference; similar to how the DizPins reference center was a backup to DPF’s feedback while DPF was still coming online after DizPins’ closure.

Implemented a basic feedback system; feedback shows up on your user profile and links to the trade listing.



Feedback is available to be left either from the listing page, or from your "my offers" page.

Leaving feedback on a trade only becomes available when a trade is marked as completed (trade has been accepted, both parties have packages = delivered, or the trade is manually put into "Traded" status after an offer has been accepted)

I have full access to the trading board on my computer, but I am unable to login on my phone via the app or through the Chrome browser. When I click the login button, it refreshes the homepage. I can see the trade boards as a visitor, but I cannot do anything requiring account access such as making trade offers or responding to offers. I have deleted saved files and browsing history, but the issue persists. Any suggestions?

i jsut had that issue in my browser; clearing cache/cookies resolved it for me -- by default it doesn't go back far enough usually, so i just clear everything ("all time")

there was an issue this morning where login wasn't working, but I just resolved it. maybe try again?

The issue has been resolved, I can now login to the trading boards through the app. Thank you!

I put in a tracking number for a package that should deliver tomorrow to see what tracking looked like moving through USPS, but the tracking isn’t showing up at all. I copied directly from my USPS tracking page and it’s the same numbers.

the tracking info is only "semi real-time" — it submits the tracking info for registration when you first input your tracking # (to make sure it's valid), but it doesnt come back with the tracking info immediately.

There's an auto-refresh of all tracking status updates for shipped trades every 6 hours, but you can force a refresh of your tracking #'s status from the trade's listing page, and it (usually) updates correctly provided it's already in the carrier's tracking system.

04/01/2026 — Recent updates:

Board & browsing — the trading board now has infinite scroll (no more pagination), new filters, and a full-width pin search bar front and center.

Pin Flair & Condition — you can now tag your trading-away pins with a flair (Authentic, Scrapper, Fantasy) and a condition grade (Mint through Good). These show as small badges on cards and listings, and you can even tag the pins you're offering in a trade.

Photo uploads — listing owners can upload up to 10 photos per listing.

Creating listings — there's now a Preview button so you can see how your card will look before posting. The form has also been reordered, plus some other minor UI enhancements.

Trade feedback — once a trade completes, both traders can leave a Positive/Neutral/Negative rating with a comment. Feedback shows up on trader profiles.

"My Offers" Page — added additional filters, a summary strip, and a dedicated "Awaiting Feedback" section so completed trades don't get lost.

Themes — two new color themes: 🧜 Ariel (light, Little Mermaid-ish palette) and 🐸 Tiana (dark, Princess and the Frog palette). Pick your favorite in the footer.

Other bits — trader profiles show forum staff/mod role badges, wishlists have sort options and cross-reference highlighting in the directory, and there are mobile-friendly quick copy buttons for listing URLs and tracking numbers throughout the app.

These changes all sound amazing. This is really coming together beautifully!

I cannot change the theme on my phone because the option hides behind the toolbar. When I holding it scrolling up, it appears, but then I can’t click on it.

i noticed that too, but that issue was fixed a while back.

try forcing a refresh on the page; the version should be 0.9.9 across the board.

you should see 4 theme icons (on mobile), and it should now allow you to scroll all the way to hte bottom without the menu icons getting in the way.
