Hi! I'm new here and haven't found a thread about the limited-edition 17†collector deluxe dolls so I'm not sure if anyone has asked this yet but.. I know there are 7 dolls so far, Snow White, Belle, Rapunzel, Tiana, Alice in Wonderland and Mother Gothel but I wanted to know if there would ever be anymore like, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel and Jasmine (the classic Disney princesses) (please remember I am -Not- looking for the designer dolls!
If anyone knows anything it would be much appreciated! :)
 
The best bet for future 17" dolls is when the film's blu-ray disc is released. That has been the general trend so far (except Aurora, because her blu-ray version was released prior to when the 17" LE dolls were being made). Cinderella is scheduled for blu-ray release in 2012, so keep your eyes and ears open for a 17" LE Cinderella doll at some point. Also keep in mind that even though Aladdin has been removed from the Diamond Edition schedule, that does not necessarily mean that it won't have a blu-ray release. Alice in Wonderland, Tangled, and the Princess and the Frog were released in blu-ray but are not part of the Diamond Edition films, and they all produced 17" LE dolls. If a 17" LE Jasmine doll were to be made, whenever Aladdin goes blu-ray would be the time for her, but she may sort of sneak in, the way the Alice and the Queen of Hearts did (without any notice).

Thank you for your reply Shivatopia! I only just started wanting to collect the dolls when I got Rapunzel for christmas :) How do you find out when they are about to release a doll was another question I forgot to ask? I know you said once they bring out a blue-ray but what website lets you know they are bringing out a doll also? can you get emails letting you know a doll is about to come out?
