mickeys circus preview? Anyone seen it?
Well, after trying my browser and the tablet, switching over to my husband's desktop works. Go figure.

Is it just me, or are there less pins this year? Maybe the bad sales made them cut back...or maybe more are coming.

I'm not impressed, but at least my characters are on a FEW pins this year. Still...disappointed.

The link in post 19 works for me. I get an error message from Adobe but when I click ok, it works.

Your link is working for me as well. :)

On a side note the the link that currently isn't working for me is the Merchandise Preview Catalog. Oh well I'm satisfied that I got to see the pins. :P

Didn't they have the preview first last year and then come out with the full catalog. I'm not a circus person, but I like the pins. I really like that they used characters that they never usually use like Clara, Pete, and Jessie. I'm surprised no princesses. I do like the mystery villain set. The peanut set is adorable!!! At least, there is one Pluto pin.

Wow all of that and there is only one Dumbo pin?!?!?!?!? and one timothy pin? . . . . Some of the pins are really cute and some are just kinda blah. I think I had much higher expectations. . . . The train pin set is kinda cute but weird character choices. I love the villians mystery pins!!!! But I really did expect more dumbo pins because of the theme.

I updated my Acrobat, and used the other link and I got it to load.

There are no prices listed, and everything in the catalog appears to be part of a set. Not individual pins. Although, the info for item number 3 and the edition sizes seems to indicate there are 5 pins that are LE500. 250 of them will be sold in a set, so I'm guessing the other 250 each will be available separately.

For those that can't get a link to work yet.

Item 1 - 5 piece Train set LE200: Casey Jr engine, Lambert in a Lion Car, Figment in a Clown Car, Duffy/Humphrey/ Bongo in a Bear Car, Mickey Caboose

Item 2 - 4 piece pin set in a Peanut bag LE300: Timothy Mouse, Jiminy Cricket, Chip & Dale, Tinkerbell

Item 3 - 6 piece set in a program booklet: 5 pins are LE500, and 1 is a Figment completer LE250. The 5 pins are Jessica/Roger, Dumbo, Mickey w/ Lambert/Figaro/not sure on the Tiger, Goofy, and Donald

Item 4: Sinister Sideshows Villains Mystery collection - Chernabog, Hades, Evil Queen, Captain Hook, Dr Facilier, Gaston, Kaa, Maleficent, Stromboli, Oogie Boogie, Ursula, Cheshire Cat, Big Bad Wolf

Item 5: 6 pin Box set LE250 - Circus Performers - Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Stitch, Chip & Dale, Figment

Item 6: Equestrian 4 piece box set LE250 - Clarabelle, Minnie, Jessie, Daisy

Item 7: High Wire 4 piece box set LE250 - Chip&Dale, Figment, Donald, Pete

Item 8: Clown Heads 5 piece box set LE250 - Figment, Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale

Item 9: Mickey Ringleader Figurine & Pin LE300

Item 10: Vinylmation Ringleader Mickey

Item 11: 2-piece Vinylmation Minnie and Goofy

Now my thoughts. I dislike that everything seems to be a set, and not individual pins. I see a lot of co-ops in our future.

I love the first item, train set. I would like 2 of the mystery set (Gaston, and Cheshire). There are other pins I would like, but I don't want to buy a whole set to have to get them.

Overall, I get the feeling of "less." Smaller edition sizes, not as many items. Remember when the catalog would be released with 40 or 50 items. Hopefully, there are more individual pins coming. Otherwise, it's another sign that Disney doesn't view Pin trading as a point of emphasis anymore.

I think the Pete pin in the high wire set is really funny. Pretty & colorful pins, but not much that would go into my collection. And how come there are no framed sets?

The link doesn't work because the end is missing, just copy the link into your browser and add the [1].pdf at the end
i got it to open on my iPad, that should fix it

I think this is just a preview. I'm hoping more individual pins and frames are coming!

I'm thinking that this isn't everything that will be available for purchase as this was just the merchandise preview and they have other stuff to be previewed prior to the opening of registration next month.

Nice preview, but I was expecting a few more Mickey's! Will be looking for the Oogie Boogie from the Sideshow Mystery Box for hubby!

I have been so looking forward to this, but after seeing the pins, I am so disappointed. Nothing there that makes my heart sing. Even the train set is only getting my musical heart to hum. I was going to try & work out a way to go for part of the event, but now, I'll probably pass and wait for next year. BTW, is the Pin Event always the weekend after Labor Day, or do they move it around?

Typical I managed to go to the event last year and there was 1 figgy pin. This year not going and there are loads!

Sue - My wife and I, plus my inlaws, will all be going. I doubt we by 5 pins between the 4 of us. If you want something, perhaps an arrangement can be made.

I wish some edition sizes were a little higher...like LE 500. It's good to have some as LE 200-250, but not all

I'm so disappointed! I really hope this is only a "preview" because all these box sets are going to be pretty expensive going. Anyone looking to do some co-op's? Disney raising the event price and taking away a half day of trading doesn't impress me much either. :(

Nice Villains Mystery set, but I will wait to see how they "price" them. The Room For 1 More (RF1M) Mystery sets were almost $25 each!!

Nice preview, and as usual there will be more pins on the way. So far 5 pins that I need, aarrrgghh...

Do you get to go to the event? If not, I don't mind trying to help!

Lucan, score! The minute I saw the villains I knew you would be happy, although you may have to work to collect them all-lol! Don't forget the chasers!

I was happy to see the Jiminy, Tink and Jessica pins. I wasn't thinking we would be buying any pins at all, but, now we have to have those AND the Villains mystery. Fortunately we will have the both of us and our daughter there, so we should be able to get all our wants.

Ya, not one sigle pin there for me, lol...Maybe they'll have another impromptu Mansion event again this year,

Remember everyone this is a PREVIEW!!
like last year many more pins were revealed at the actual catalog posting after reg opened.

however now that the mop and bucket have cleared up most of my drool its only about 3/4 of the mystery set that i need,

and Kat they said only one chaser, Im praying its someone really obscure like Mcleach so that I dont have to chase it,

because if its someone I DO collect , yes , im goinng be a trading fool trying to get that one!!
