Has anyone ever ordered any of the collections through the Bradford Exchange? was it worth it? There are a couple on there right now that look cool but I was concerned about like their quality and frequency if shipments and stuff like that.

We’ve done a coop a couple times. The pins are usually a little different from park pins. They are not smooth but denty
denty? like a kid had them on their lanyard at the parks a couple summers or like they got banged around in transit?

They’re soft enamel. So different style from other pins. The impressions are part of the design/soft enamel.

I never got any of the pins as I am not a fan of soft enamel. But I did get other things from them and as a company they are very reliable and professional. The number of payments, timing of shipments, etc is dependent on what you are buying.

You can see on this pin how each of the little areas are filled but still indented where the fill is. 🙂

I recently subscribed to the villain pin set. My first shipment arrived last week. Unfortunately the shipment only included a military coin and not my pins. I am cancelling the subscription

It's kind of like the old Columbia House record club. Once you order once, you get sent a package with another with a bill whether you wanted it or not until you cancel. So, keep that in mind.

Does anyone know if you can order the pin sets you only want and not have to fully subscribe? I suppose I could call but wondering if anyone’s done that before with success.
I suppose it’s worth a shot, but I think it’s unlikely as the whole “subscription” thing is a core part of their business model

But do report back if you reach out to them!

My family and I have ordered from Bradford exchange both pins and other merchandise before.

Our pin experience was a while back when we subscribed for the 2017 Magical Moments of Pin Series. Our subscription was promptly shipped and it was fun getting pin mail each month. As to the quality I would echo the other statements that the enamel is not the same pin texture you expect from the typical Disney park pins. For me it kind of threw my collection off a bit but it may not bother other collectors, especially if you collect similar indented pins which are produced from other companies.

I haven’t bought anything from them recently so I have nothing to offer when it comes to recent customer service. But as to pin quality, yes be aware they will stick out a bit from typical pins. But if you like the design a lot then it may not bother you much.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for sharing. I don’t mind soft enamel pins.

Someone in GroupMe chat, awhile back, said you could. But I don't know if that is still true.
