On April 2, we invite you to travel to wonderland with a special series of releases at Disneyland® Park featuring Alice in Wonderland. This jumbo pin features the doorknob and opens to reveal a scene of the Mad Tea Party with the March Hare, Alice, and the Mad Hatter. When the pin is closed, Alice can be seen through the keyhole.
This pin has three posts on the back, and the end of each post has the same sort of black plastic pin back that is typically found on most other pins being released by Disney today.
1st post is centered very near the top of the back of the pin. The other two are about 0.75 incles below the 1st, to the right and left side of the 1st, aligned horizontally. The shape defined by the three posts is like a short triangle, with the base almost twice as wide at the height.
This jumbo pin will be released at Little Green Men Store Command at Disneyland® Park in conjuction with the online wristband distribution process.
Many of these pins were signed by the pin's artist, Alex Maher, at the event.
For this auction, you can choose which version you would like for the Doorknob, either the regular release version OR the Artsist Proof from Auction Lot #11 from WDW’s Pin Event “Florida Project†that was last year. Please be aware though, that your bid and choice will depend on which version you are eligible to get. The better your bid, the better your chance is of getting what version you want. There will be only 1 winner. I will try to post a leaderboard twice a day. When bidding, please let me know which version you prefer.
This pin is very Beautiful that features a Hinged Element, 3D, and a Sparkling/Glittering Swirl Effect. The pin will also come with its very creatively designed Original Box. Please look at the pictures below of the actual pin in my possession to see it’s beauty and to see a picture of the COA from Disney (Not Included) verifying that I am not leading you in the wrong direction as the mischievous Cheshire Cat did to Alice. -
