The view of DPF on my iPad went haywire tonight. Any ideas on the cause???

really odd -- has it been fixed since then?

may have just been a one-time issue; sometimes devices will render the page incorrectly (for reasons unknown) -- but if you refresh it immediately, it'll look fine. :dunno:

It was happening on my iPhone too (with different graphics), but after she posted this thread it seemed to correct itself. Well, at least on my device.

Had the same probably earlier! But yeah, just refreshed and then it was fine. No problems since.

it's done this on occasion on my desktop(s), too. chalk it up to the forum software. There's actually an update or two I haven't been able to apply yet.

Mine stayed like that for about two days. Then all the red parts went back to normal but all the little thought bubbles between threads were still there. It finally went completely back to normal today.

I haven't had this particular problem when viewing on my iPad, but I have noticed that threads will say someone posted and when I try to view it, their comment is nowhere to be found

these issues might be related to the current version of the forum software. I haven't had the chance to lay out some time to upgrade to the newer version (currently we're running 2 minor updates behind). I know one of the updates had to do with mostly mobile styles, though we don't use those; it still might have an effect on how some mobile devices render the full version of the site.
