Hello, I have been collecting Disney pins for almost 20 years. It started in 2007 when my wife and I went to Disney World on our honeymoon. It was my first trip, and her second. I collect and display pins on my “Disney World” backpack to mark special occasions, celebrations, favorite parks, favorite characters, favorite rides and events participated in. I also collect authentic/official pins for the Evil Queen, Sorcerer Mickey, and Alice in Wonderland. My favorite pins from outside the parks are from pink a la mode.

Welcome welcome! What's your favorite ride that you collect?

hmm… I really enjoy collecting pins for The Haunted Mansion. It may not be my favorite ride even though my wife and I rode it 4 times with our daughter last time we were at Disney World, but there are a lot of scenes and characters throughout the attraction that lend themselves to nearly unlimited pins.

Love it! I started collecting Haunted Mansion myself but realized it became a very broad (and expensive) one so I try to focus on just Hatbox Ghost now. Glad to have you here!

  • Welcome to DPF! You joined DPF at a great time because this place is really hopping (shameless Alice reference)!
A few years ago at EPCOT my wife and I were walking from France to England and Alice walked past us. I asked my wife if that was the right Alice? The character heard me, stopped, composed herself turned and asked, which Alice are you looking for? Made our day!

Because my wife and I spent our honeymoon at Disney World I tend to elevate wedding related aspects, and Constance Hatchaway is the focal point of my Haunted Mansion collection.

This definitely would have made my day too. Alice in Wonderland is my favorite, Alice is my favorite, and with so many characters met in 16 visits to Disney World I have never seen any of the characters from Wonderland. 🤷🏼‍♂️

She is usually located behind the tea house in the England showcase area.

ugghhh, I was at Epcot two weeks ago today. We spent most of the day wandering around, sightseeing, and meeting characters due to the rides being finicky. The only ride that did not shut down repeatedly was Guardians of the Galaxy. It would have been the perfect opportunity to meet her. Oh well, next time.
