Hi! Am hoping that someone can help me with a fair price for this pin. Here are pictures of the actual pin and box!

Oh I actually saw this pin sell on a live sale this week for like 125 but lives sales are usually below Ebay prices so you could probably price it higher even, maybe 150 or 170.

It's listed right now, on eBay for $55 or best offer, but you already know that since the pictures you've posted are from the eBay listing.

It retailed for $70 so them asking for $55 obo + shipping seems to be fair. You'd get it for retail price.

It’s listed at $155 lowest. The $55 is an auction price.

Oh, thanks! I got confused, as the seller sent me these pictures, and he hasn't listed it yet, as far as I know, as he doesn't really sell on eBay. :) He actually asked for my help with what a fair price is, as he got this at the time when they went the park, but doesn't collect really.

But the auction price (beginning bid) of $55 also has OBO so it doesn't seem like the seller is expecting the $55 or will just sell it to the OBO.

Here are the auction pictures (they look a lot like the OPs), except they are sideways:

@stratasfan : if the seller is trying to sell it to you off eBay, I'd offer them the $55 + shipping that they have it listed for; they don't pay the 10% ebay fees and you don't pay the 8-10% taxes :D Win win!

Thanks so much! I will definitely ask him about this, as those do appear to be the same exact pictures! Very strange . . . Thanks for all your help!

I do know that an OBO on an auction is something new that eBay is trying out. It is not for offering lower price . . . . it is for offering a higher price, so that you have a chance to buy it before the auction runs. Personally, I don't like the option, but whatever they want to try is their business!

Go get it! I love my DL 50th anniversary pin collection so much...all that gold. This super jumbo is an amazing treasure. Don’t forget its night time twin. I displayed these 2 for so long on my desk. Happiest homecoming on earth and happiest celebration on earth took all my money! Can’t believe that was 14 years ago.

I can’t wait for the world’s most magical celebration.
