David is ok I guess if you like that kind of guy. You know the funny, sweet, generous, love muffin sort that makes the world a better place every single day. I finally met him and Amy after literally YEARS of emails and phone calls (David has been my shoulder through some of the worst times of my life) and what do these #ss hats do? They shower me with buckets of pins, feed me obscene amounts of food (no really we ate twice in one afternoon) and give me some of the best hugs ever..sheesh I'm never doing that again. I only wish my schedule would have allowed me to attend the party, there are sooooo many people I would love to meet and an equal amount (or more) that I would love to smack so it would be a win win!!
DRfish was rewarded for his kindness, I mean he was graced with my presence for hours and hours and a few choice momentos as well. Guess he um forgot to show his goodies from me. This guy restores my hope and interest in trading pins and that is a gift that cannot be purchased because it was after all trading with Cast members that got me strung out in the first place. No haggling, no eBay values or perceived value, just one for one trades and I still love it so much that I am actually embarrassed to be such a spazz in the parks.
Neither I nor my sister have ever been to a trading event but if the tables at Epcot are any gauge I think we will continue to avoid them as it was a full blown shark tank with the traders trying to take advantage of newbies and that pisses me off to the extreme. Living so far from the parks I basically have to pay secondary prices for my pins so it's very hard to trade and I mostly just buy to keep or zap of course. BUT David assured me that his parties are attract those that don't flip pins professionally and are easier to deal with so come hell or high water I am coming to the next one.

Barbara, this comment saddens me. I know it was meant as a compliment, but zapping for us is not a competition. I hope nobody ever feels that they can't zap like we do so they don't want to do it. We didn't start out zapping like this. We are very lucky to be able to do nice things for great people. We both have really well paying jobs and out family is almost all growed up.
I have said many times, it is not what you zap, just that you zap!!!
