My nieces boyfriend and my friend Josh created an account but forgot his password he has e-mailed the site looking to get help retreiving his password but gets no response, how can he go about retreiving his password, can you pm me to get his e-mail address to find his info or can his e-mail address be removed from the system so he can re-do his account? thanks for the help.
 
may I add, he is very new to pin trading and I am fairley new to this site but have truley enjoied many of the traders here, I suggested he become a member, it's a great place. he signed up but forgot everything, He really wants to be a member, but requires help retriving his info, or can you please delete any info on him so he can re-do his account please.
 
what is the username he registered with? it's possible he missed the activation email or it went to spam. In any case, I can manually activate the account and send a password reset.
 
Hey Cicada, he's going to use my computer to get help from you he said he has not herd from you, I think mabey he needs to turn off his spam for a bit, I have a feeling thats where all your messages are going.
