Posting pictures

Hi Im trying to figure out how to insert my own pictures in a thread. I was wanting to show my pins off but cant seem to figure out how to insert the photos. Just wondering if I need to put them in a photobucket type thing or something. Thanks for the help

If you mean pinpics pictures, if you're using Google Chrome, you can just copy & paste the pictures.

Hi CEDES,

you are correct in your assumption that you must use an external hosting service such as imgur, photobucket, tinypic, imageshack, flickr...the list goes on!

Early on in DPF's life we allowed attachments, but as the site grew exponentially, we could no longer afford the bandwidth, nor the server load to host our own images. Luckily there are a number of great services for hosting forum photos!

I use imageshack. That's my personal favorite. It's free.
