This is what I did. I looked at all the pins that were my most wanted and focused on the ones that I would help me finish some of my collections. The one I have come the closes to finishing. When I finish with those then I will switch them out with my other most wanted. It also kinda helps me not try to collect so much at once.
 
using tags will allow people to use any size, which is what is happening (people often use multiple images in their sigs).

I do agree with the thread, though; many of the signatures, especially those with multiple images are taking up _a lot_ of screen real estate, even for those with larger monitors.

While I understand the need to express yourself and/or make a notice of your grails, there _are_ alternatives to design. Pins can be laid out horizontally in a signature, while still allowing some sort of creative expression/design/display of your favorite characters/pins/whatever.

I'll have to see if there's anything that can be done about auto-resizing sig images, but for now, we ask those with larger signatures to please scale them down, as a consideration for other forum members :)

It's not so much the horizontal size that's an issue, but the large vertical dimension is what makes scrolling through threads tedious.

Your photo is already hosted on photobucket, which makes it EASY. Go to your photo in your photobucket account. Select the "Edit" icon, and in the editing screen, select the "resize" icon. Two boxes with numbers will appear about the photo, and in the second box (the one on the right) type in 225. Photobucket will automatically resize the other number, so that your photo does not get warped. Then, save the photo!

Okay, question. My banner is 548x450 This includes both banners stacked on top of each other, which, if I remember correctly, is the only acceptable way for graphics to be stacked. If this breaks the rules, please let me know. >.<

It would be acceptable if both graphics together were 225 pixels or less. One banner by itself is fine, both stacked are not. I did see someone that had a GIF signature that occasionally switched to different banners. No idea how it was done myself, but I thought it was an ingenious idea.

In short - Your current sign is too large.

It looks like it's a little too tall. If you right click on your photo, it should give you an option to "Open image in new tab" If you do that, on the tab name it will show the size of the image (at least it does in Chrome and Firefox ) In your case it's 650 x 285. 650 is good, but the height needs to get down to 225.
 
Mine is re-freshed <3 Still have to add the 3 Pins in front of the sun but a dear friend is taking a fresh picture of those 3 pins for me to use in my siggy So I will update it again tomorrow :hsd:

It doesn't always work if the image name is so long it can't display it all. But since you are techy, if you open it up and you can't see it, if you inspect element, you can see it in the CSS code. Click on the image too, to make sure it still is full size. Chrome likes to shrink it when it brings up the element stuff.

You can open in new tab, if the name is too long just hover over the "Tab" and it will display "IMGNAME.JPG (200 X 300)"
